Fairway Asset Corporation(FAC) has a mission to provide the best mortgage broker and lender services in an honest, professional manner that reflects the highest industry standards. We provide customized mortgage solutions for clients by utilizing experienced know-how and professional knowledge to satisfy each client’s specific goals, needs, and risk tolerance.

FAC was incorporated in February of 2008 as a mortgage brokerage firm to do the mortgage brokering and lending in the state of Maryland. Since then, we have developed a reputation for on time delivery, competitive rates, and trust. Our solid reputation has kept our Mortgage business lucrative and as a result, we have expanded from one office in Maryland to an additional five branch offices in Virginia, one branch office in Maryland, and one branch office in California.
